THE CONNECTED SOLUTION

RFID capture is the start.
Useful information is the outcome.

BTG brings together the tag on the item, the reader at a process point, and software that turns each read into an operational event. Your team gets a shared view of what was identified, where it was seen, and what should happen next.

We design the full solution around your site conditions and existing WMS, ERP or production systems—so RFID data can support the way your operation already works.

01 / IDENTIFYRFID tag or inlay

Give each item, carton, pallet or bundle a unique ID.

→
02 / CAPTUREReader + antenna

Detect tagged items at gates, stations or with handhelds.

→
03 / INTERPRETBTG software

Filter reads, match records and create useful events.

→
04 / ACTOperational action

Update inventory, trace movement or flag an exception.

HARDWARE THAT FITS THE JOB

Choose the right read point
for the right material.

Tag performance depends on what you tag, where you place it, and how the reader is installed. We help shortlist and test the combination before scaling.

01 / ITEM ID

Inlays, labels & durable tags

A passive RFID inlay combines a tiny chip with an antenna. It can be converted into a label or embedded in a tag suited to the item and environment.

  • Paper labels for cartons and products
  • On-metal tags for equipment and racks
  • Protected tags for reusable assets

FIXED READER + ANTENNA
02 / AUTOMATIC CAPTURE

Fixed readers & antennas

Install a reader at a defined checkpoint to detect tagged movement as items pass through a process.

  • Dock doors and dispatch lanes
  • Conveyor or production stations
  • Storage zones and controlled areas

MOBILE INVENTORY CHECK
03 / FLEXIBLE CAPTURE

Handheld readers

Give staff a portable way to find, count or verify tagged items where fixed infrastructure is not needed.

  • Cycle counts and spot checks
  • Search for a specific item or asset
  • Receiving, picking and exception handling

PRINT + ENCODE
04 / TAG COMMISSIONING

RFID printers & encoders

Print human-readable details and encode a unique identifier when labels are issued or applied.

  • Commission tags during packing
  • Link tag IDs to product records
  • Support reprints and controlled re-issues

FROM TAG READ TO BUSINESS EVENT

One track-and-trace foundation.
Different industry applications.

Readers capture a tag ID at a known process point. BTG software adds the time, location and business context, then shares the event with the systems and people that need it.

WHY ADD RFID

Less searching.
More confidence in the record.

When reads are placed at meaningful checkpoints, teams can spend less time manually identifying items and more time handling the exceptions that need attention.

01

See movement sooner

Use configured read points to record when tagged items pass through receiving, production or dispatch.

02

Count groups faster

Capture multiple tags in one read zone without scanning each barcode one by one, subject to the environment and tag placement.

03

Build a traceable history

Link each read to an item, time, location and process step for follow-up, audit and investigation.

04

Connect physical and digital work

Pass validated events into WMS, ERP or production software and trigger the next operational action.

START WITH THE TAG ECONOMICS

Item-level RFID can start
from 1.5¢ per tag.

Selected standard passive UHF inlays may start around US$0.015 each in qualifying configurations. The right tag must still be tested on your product and in your operating environment.

Indicative tag-only starting price, not a full system quote. Actual pricing varies by tag design, chip, material, quantity, encoding, printing, delivery and supplier quotation. Readers, antennas, installation, software and integration are separate solution costs.
